1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Wattro ("Software"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. License

I grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal or commercial purposes on devices you own or control. You may not redistribute, sublicense, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify the Software. The Software is proprietary and all rights not expressly granted are reserved.

3. Intellectual Property

The Software, including all code, design, graphics, and documentation, is the exclusive property of its developer and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. No ownership or intellectual property rights are transferred to you.

4. Pro License

Some features require a paid Pro license. A Pro license is a one-time purchase granting perpetual access to Pro features available at the time of purchase. Future features may be added to the free or Pro tier at my discretion. License keys are personal and may not be shared or resold.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), acting as Merchant of Record. By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

6. Availability

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. I do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of data displayed, or compatibility with future macOS versions. Battery data is read from system APIs and may vary from actual values.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Software.

9. Changes

I may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the website or in-app notice.
